If your wamo card has been lost or stolen you can cancel it through the wamo app.
For wamo Personal
Click CARDS
and select the card you wish to cancel.
Review the card number to ensure you have selected the correct card and then click Cancel this card
and CONFIRM
.
For wamo Business
On the mobile app click on the MORE
icon, select COMPANY CARDS
and then select the Card which you want to cancel. On the Web select COMPANY CARDS
from the Home Dashboard.
Review the card number to ensure you have selected the correct card and then click Cancel this card
and CONFIRM
.
If you want to order a replacement card you will need to follow the steps for ordering a new card.
