For wamo Personal

Click CARDS and select the card you want to freeze/unfreeze.

Review the card number to ensure you have selected the correct card and then click Freeze this card and CONFIRM.

To unfreeze, follow the exact steps and click on Unfreeze your card and hit CONFIRM.


For wamo Business

On the Mobile App click on the MORE icon, select COMPANY CARDS and then select the Card you want to cancel. On Web select COMPANY CARDS from the Home Dashboard.

Review the card number to ensure you have selected the correct card and then click Freeze this card and CONFIRM.

To unfreeze, follow the same steps as above, but click on Unfreeze your card and hit CONFIRM.

If you want to order a replacement card you will need to follow the steps for ordering a new card.

NOTE: If you are not an account owner, you will need your account owner to freeze/unfreeze your card.
