How to generate an account statement or confirmation statement

Account statement

You can generate a monthly, yearly or custom time period account statement by following the steps below.

Desktop

  1. From your Home dashboard, navigate to Statements on the left-hand side

  2. Select Account statement

  3. Choose your preferred file type, the sub-account the statement will be of, and the desired time period

Mobile app

  1. From your Home dashboard, navigate to Create statements (You’ll find this by tapping on the green button with your initials in the top right)

  2. Select Account statement

  3. Choose your preferred file type, the sub-account the statement will be of, and the desired time period. Tap Continue to generate the statement

Confirmation of account statement

Desktop

  1. From your Home dashboard, navigate to Statements on the left hand side

  2. Select Account confirmation

  3. Choose the correct sub account that you would like the confirmation statement to be of and continue to generate the statement.

Mobile app

  1. From your Home dashboard, navigate to Create statements (You’ll find this by tapping on the green button with your initials in the top right)

  2. Select Account confirmation

  3. Choose the correct sub account that you would like the confirmation statement to be of. Tap Continue to generate the statement.
