How do I order a physical card?

  • Open the Cards tab on your wamo account

  • Click + Add card and choose Debit card as the card type

  • Choose the card owner and account you’d like to connect this card to

  • Fill out the cardholder information - if this is not you, make sure to fill in the cardholder information correctly.

  • Enter the delivery address and you’re done!

How long does it take for my physical card to be delivered?

We’ll aim to deliver physical cards to you within 10 business days. Virtual cards, on the other hand, can be created in seconds and used immediately.

How do I create a virtual card?

Follow the same steps but select Virtual card when choosing your card type. You’ll be able to create a virtual card within seconds from the Cards tab on your account.

How many cards can I have?

Once you open your account, there will be a soft limit of 10 cards. However, if you require more then please let us know in advance so we can update this for you.


Can I name my cards?

Yes, when creating or ordering a card you can name it using the Card label field under Cardholder info. The label cannot be changed once the card is created.

Can I request cards for my team members and employees?

Yes, you can. In fact, this is the best way of managing your business expenses. Request as many cards as you need for your employees and set limits on their cards. You can then track their spending in real-time and have full access to all transactions and expenditures on every card that you issue.

Can I request a card for each of my accounts and sub-accounts?

Yes, you can request and link physical or virtual cards to each of your sub-accounts and benefit from all the capabilities for every card. Request a card under Cards and select the sub-account to connect it to on the Connect an account screen. Linking your cards to sub-accounts is the best way to keep track of business expenses.

Can I change which sub-account my card is connected to?

You can choose which sub-account you want to connect your card to when creating it. However, you cannot change which sub-account a card is connected to once it has already been created or ordered.
