How do I change my account plan?
You can change your plan at any time directly from your account. You will not be charged immediately, your new plan will be activated at the end of the current 30 day billing cycle. This means that your next billing will reflect the new fee charge.
To change your plan from the mobile app:
From Home, tap on your profile icon in the top right corner
Tap on Your plan
Tap on Change plan and choose the plan you’d like to change to
To change your plan from desktop:
From Home, tap on your profile icon in the top left corner
Tap on Your plan
Tap on Change plan and choose the plan you’d like to change to
Where can I see my plan allowances and usage?
Plan allowances reset every 30 days. You can check your pricing plan dates and allowances in the Your plan section in the app.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We’re confident you’ll love your wamo business account, but if you decide it’s not for you, you can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. You won’t be charged extra for canceling your plan or for closing your account. Your new plan will be effective on your next billing day.
