Can I add directors or shareholders after registering?
Yes, you can add or change parts of your company information at any time, by contacting Companies House directly.
Can I change my registered office address later?
Yes, although we can’t make this change once you have submitted your application but you can change your address relatively easily by contacting Companies House directly.
Is it possible to change the value of each share?
When you register your company through wamo, the nominal value of a share will be set at £1. Share value is not linked to how much the company is worth. You can change the value and number of shares at any time directly through Companies House.
How can I make a change if I make a mistake when registering my new UK company?
If you realise that you have made a mistake after you have submitted your application on the wamo mobile or desktop app, you will need to contact Companies House directly to make any changes. Unfortunately, once we’ve submitted your documents we aren’t able to make changes for you.
