Notary certification and apostille procedures for setting up a company in England
Notary certification ensures that all of your documents are legally valid. Therefore, you must have all of your documents certified by a notary. The certification process can be carried out by individuals or intermediaries. Some of the documents that require notary certification include:
Declaration of commitment
Transfer of ownership
Statement of facts
Statement of assets
Statement of consent
Right of possession agreement
If you are going to use your documents for a foreign company, your documents must also be certified with an apostille. The documents that are approved by the notary can be apostilled by the Governorate or District Governorship. Documents without apostille may not be accepted by legal authorities abroad.
