If you are using a wamo POS terminal in Italy, you may be required to register the connection between your POS and your Telematic Recorder (RT) with the Agenzia delle Entrate (Revenue Agency).
1. When should I register?
Registration follows a specific government timeline. You can register your POS connection starting from the second month following its activation.
The Rule: Registration must take place between the 6th day and the last day of the second month after your POS was activated.
Example: If your POS was activated in April, you would register it between June 6th and June 30th.
Ongoing Changes: The same "2-month" rule applies if you need to update or modify data for an existing registration.
2. How to Register (Step-by-Step)
You no longer need to manually enter complex technical details. The portal can now automatically retrieve your information using either the Acquirer name or your Device ID.
Access the Portal: Log into the official Agenzia delle Entrate portal and go to the "Ricerca dei Collegamenti" (Connection Search) section.
Search for your Connection: You have two easy ways to find your data:
Option A (Acquirer Name): In the field "Denominazione Acquirer", simply enter or select ADYEN N.V.
Option B (Terminal ID): If you prefer, enter your Terminal-id (TID). You can find this serial number on the back of your physical wamo POS device.
Automatic Populating: After entering one of the above and clicking "Cerca" (Search), your specific POS details should appear.
Confirm: Once the fields are automatically filled, review the information and complete the registration.
Troubleshooting & Support
No results found: If the system does not show your details, double-check that you are within the correct registration window (at least 6 days into the second month after activation).
I cannot find my TID: If you choose to search by Terminal ID but the label on the back of your device is unreadable, please use the "Adyen N.V." search option.
Manual Entry: If the details do not appear automatically, do not try to fill them in manually. Please take a screenshot and contact our support team immediately.
