How to Initiate a Bank Transfer

Sending money is designed to be a simple, four-step process from your dashboard:

  1. Start: Navigate to New Transfer on your home screen.

  2. Select Recipient: Choose a saved contact or tap Someone New to enter fresh details.

  3. Source Funds: Pick the specific sub-account you wish to pay from.

  4. Finalize: Enter the amount and confirm.

Important Note: To ensure your funds arrive safely, please double-check all recipient details. Once a transfer is submitted, it generally cannot be cancelled or recalled.
