Updated today

At wamo, we’ve removed the complexity from cross-border commerce. Our platform empowers you to trade, send, and receive payments in 22 different currencies and reach partners in over 47+ countries—all from a single, intuitive dashboard.

Multi-Currency Strategy

We provide the specialized infrastructure needed for a global business:

  • Hold & Manage: Maintain dedicated sub-accounts in 5 primary holdable currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, DKK, and SEK.

  • Transact Globally: While you hold funds in our 5 main currencies, you can trade, send, and receive in a total of 22 different currencies, giving you the flexibility to settle invoices in your partner's local tender.

  • Fully Automated SWIFT: Our partnership with Banking Circle ensures that your international transfers are processed through high-speed, automated channels for maximum reliability.

How to Send an International (SWIFT) Payment

Sending funds globally is integrated directly into your daily workflow:

  1. Initiate: From your dashboard, select Send.

  2. Recipient Details: Enter the beneficiary’s banking information and the specific amount.

  3. Purpose: Select the payment purpose to ensure regulatory compliance and faster processing.

  4. Verify Eligibility: While we cover most major markets, we recommend checking our Country Eligibility List to ensure your destination is currently supported for direct payments.

Receiving International Payments

Incoming SWIFT payments are handled with the same level of automation. Simply provide your international partners with your LU IBAN and BIC (as detailed in our Receiving Payments guide). Once the funds reach us, they are automatically credited to your account.
