Tracking Your Physical Card Delivery

We know you’re eager to start using your new Physical Visa business debit card. Here is everything you need to know about the delivery process and what to do if there’s a delay.

Delivery Timeline & Tracking

Once your card is dispatched, we provide full visibility into its journey to your door.

  • DHL Tracking: As soon as your card leaves our facility, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email.

  • Check Your Inbox: If you don't see the email, please peek into your Spam or Junk folder, as automated tracking updates can sometimes be filtered there.

  • Arrival Window: We ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for your card to arrive at your business address.

  • The Power of Virtual: You can use your Virtual Visa business debit cards immediately for online purchases, supplier payments, and recurring expenses.

  • Digital Wallets: Simply add your virtual card to Apple Pay or Google Pay to make contactless in-person payments at physical terminals before your physical card even arrives.


What to do if your card is delayed

If your card hasn't arrived after the 2-week window, follow these simple steps to get back on track:

1. Cancel and Reorder

If the delivery window has passed and your card is missing, you can easily reorder a new one through the wamo app:

  1. Navigate to the Cards section.

  2. Select the card you are waiting for.

  3. Tap the Settings icon (top right corner).

  4. Select Terminate to cancel the undelivered card.

  5. Follow the prompts to place a fresh order.

2. Requesting a Refund

If you need a refund for a canceled card order or have questions about shipping fees, our team is here to help.
