Managing Your wamo Account Plan

At wamo, we offer both Monthly and Annual billing cycles to suit your cash flow. You have full control over your subscription directly from your dashboard.

How to Change Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. To ensure a smooth transition, your new plan and its associated fees will be activated at the start of your next billing cycle (after your current 30-day period ends).

From the Mobile App:

  • From the Home screen, tap your Profile icon in the top left corner

  • Tap on Your plan

  • Select Change plan and choose the tier that fits your current needs

From your Desktop:

  • Click your Profile icon in the top left corner of the dashboard

  • Select Your plan

  • Click Change plan to view and select your new subscription

Tracking Your Usage & Allowances

Your plan allowances (such as free transaction limits or card counts) reset every 30 days.

Where to check: You can view your current usage, remaining allowances, and next billing date in the Your plan section of your app or desktop portal.

Subscription Cancellations

We want you to stay because you love the service, not because of a contract. You can downgrade to a free plan or cancel your subscription at any time without any hidden cancellation fees.

Effective Date: Your cancellation will take effect on your next scheduled billing date. You will continue to have access to your current plan features until the end of the paid period.
