wamo does not issue a separate VAT invoice for its own charges. Your wamo account statement is the document to give your accountant — it lists every charge debited to your account, with the date and amount.
This applies to your monthly or annual plan fee, your POS activation fee, and POS transaction fees.
Why there is no VAT invoice
Payment and banking services are exempt from VAT, so wamo's service fees are charged without VAT and no VAT invoice is produced.
What to give your accountant instead
Account statement — every charge debited to your wamo account over a chosen period. Generate it per sub-account for a monthly, yearly or custom range (maximum 6 months per file).
Payment confirmation — a PDF receipt for one specific transaction, downloaded from the transaction details.
Account confirmation — a formal document proving you hold an active wamo account, often requested by tax authorities. A manually signed and stamped version is available on request.
Your wamo fees appear on the statement of your Main Account (marked with a star icon) — that is the sub-account all fees are deducted from.
