Generating Account Statements

You can generate statements for any of your sub-accounts for monthly, yearly, or custom time periods.

Pro Tip: To ensure fast processing, the maximum custom range is 6 months per statement. If you need a 2-year history, simply generate it in four 6-month "chunks."

1. Navigate to Statements on the left-hand menu.

1. Tap the Profile icon (top left/right) to find Create Statements.

2. Select Account Statement.

2. Select Account Statement.

3. Choose the sub-account, file type, and date range.

4. Click Generate.

4. Tap Continue to generate and download.

Account Confirmation Statements

An Account Confirmation is a formal document proving that you hold an active account with wamo. This is often required by tax authorities or for contract setups.

  • How to generate: Follow the same steps as above, but select Account Confirmation instead of "Account Statement."

  • Need a signed version? If you require a manually signed and stamped confirmation, generate the standard document first, then send it to us via Live Chat or email with the subject line: "Signed account confirmation request."

Payment Confirmations (Proof of Payment)

If a partner or vendor needs proof that a specific transaction has been sent, you can download a receipt for any individual payment.

  1. From your Home dashboard, find the specific transaction. (Click See all if it's an older payment).

  2. Click/tap on the transaction to open the details.

  3. Select Download Confirmation (or the download icon) to save the proof of payment as a PDF.
