Accessing wamo Anywhere
You can manage your business finances from your computer, phone, or tablet with full functionality on all platforms.

Finding Your Account Details (IBAN, BIC, Sort Code)
Since every sub-account at wamo has its own unique details, here is how you find the specific info for the account you need:
Navigate to your Home dashboard.
Tap/click the small account icon next to your balance to view All Accounts.
Select the specific sub-account you need.
Click Copy Details to instantly grab your IBAN, BIC, or Sort Code for sharing.
Viewing & Updating Your Information
To view your current setup, navigate to your Initials (top right on the app, top left on desktop).
Profile Details: Shows your personal name and registered email.
Company Info: Displays the official business details entered during registration.
How to request a change:
Because we are a regulated institution, some details cannot be changed manually for security reasons. If you need to update any of the following, please reach out to our team:
Personal Info: Email address or Phone number.
Business Info: Registered name, Operating address, or Company registration number.
Team Info: Details regarding Directors, UBOs, or Shareholders.
Security Note: When requesting a change, please ensure you are logged into your account. For email or phone updates, you will be required to complete an SMS or email verification to finalize the change.
Security & Passcode Resets
If you have forgotten your passcode or simply want to refresh it for security:
Go to the Login screen of the wamo app or web portal.
Click Forgot my passcode.
Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and set a new secure code.
Closing Your Account
Weโll be sad to see you go, but we understand if your business needs have changed. We would be grateful if you could let us know what led to your decision so we can continue to improve.
Before you close:
Please ensure you have withdrawn all remaining funds from all sub-accounts.
Download any Account Statements or Payment Confirmations you may need for future tax or accounting purposes, as you will lose access to the portal once the account is closed.
